The UK General Election takes place in less than 100 days and before polling day, our industry will need to work hard to ensure candidates and political parties understand the importance of the onshore wind, offshore wind and wave and tidal sectors.
Following the launch of the RenewableUK Election Toolkit in December, we will be holding regional member meetings in February and March to discuss the policies of political parties and how our sector can engage with candidates. At each event, we’ll be identifying key constituencies in the region and how we can best make the case for renewables.
