ECOWindS: Port Tour and Visit to Offshore Wind Farm

Event Date: Wednesday September 30, 2015

Event Time: 9.30am - 1pm

Event Venue: Starting from OrbisEnergy, Wilde Street, Lowestoft, NR32 1HX

The event will meet at OrbisEnergy at 9.30am in the conference room on the 4th floor then transfer to Lowestoft Port.

ABP, operators of Lowestoft Port, and Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) will host this side event including a tour of the port and a visit to Greater Gabbard Wind Farm operations base.

Weather permitting, the event will also feature a boat trip to Scroby Sands Offshore Wind Farm, this will be carried out using vessels from Enviroserve and Dalby Offshore.

Spaces for this side event are very limited and will be awarded on a first come first served basis. Delegates attending this event must wear sensible clothing and flat shoes.

Lunch refreshments will be provided after the event at OrbisEnergy

Ian Pease, Business Development Manager joined in February 2020. His role is to drive forward OrbisEnergy as an innovation and technology cluster for the region’s clean energy sector by working closely with new and existing tenants.

Carlie Evans

Carlie joined the OrbisEnergy team as a Property Support Administrator in August 2019. Carlie was previously part of a sales negotiation & customer service team and prior to that worked for the NHS in business administration.

Carlie meets all visitors and tenants to the building with her warm, friendly smile!

Lauren Knowles

Lauren has recently joined the OrbisEnergy team. Lauren is excited and looking forward to the challenges her new post will bring.
